腫瘍外来は、皮膚悪性腫瘍の治療（外科的治療、放射線療法、化学療法等）、その後のfollow upを中心に診療を行う外来です。

皮膚悪性腫瘍に対する当外来の取り組み

近年、デルマスコピーなど、皮膚科診断機器の進化に伴い、皮膚悪性腫瘍の早期発見が進む一方、未だに進行期に当科に紹介されることが多々あります。また、他臓器の悪性腫瘍と異なり、皮膚は免疫担当細胞が最も多い臓器であるため、腫瘍環境も多様性を持ち、それゆえ定型的な治療法が少なく、患者様一人一人に対する、オーダーメード治療を行う必要がある疾患でもあります。このような、治療法の決定が困難である症例に対し、現在、当院腫瘍外来では、定型的な治療法に加え、従来の化学療法に加えた各種補助療法や各種分子標的薬の応用なども行っております。また、悪性黒色腫の治療において、昨年９月より使用可能となったPD-1抗体を用いた、根治的切除不能の悪性黒色腫に対する治療法を、この治療薬の効果を増強する方法の開発を目的とした医師主導臨床研究を現在準備中です。これらの治療法の開発を、より科学的に行えるよう、皮膚悪性腫瘍に対する基礎研究も積極的に行っております。
